Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, contact us at contact@seecostyle.com and provide your name, order number and reason for return. We will send you a $6.50 prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to mail your package. The $6.50 prepaid return label will be deducted from your refund amount. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
Exchanges will be fulfilled once your returned item is received. Please email us contact@seecostyle.com and request exchange instructions.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 7-10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
